Pinnacle Hotel Whistler Village
Absolutely disgusting. Hair in the bed, the coffee machine didn’t work, the fridge was broken, and the floor was disgusting. I can’t believe this place even has 8.9 rate. The staff were also so rude. Dirty floor, noisy ventilation, no control over room temperature, bad smell, furniture in poor condition, noisy rooms next door and above, poor quality television, bathroom in bad condition.

The Parkside Hotel & Spa
Amenity was very extensive, great value for the money. My 700sqft suite felt very comfortable, however we felt some of the finishing and layout is a bit outdated. Amenity within the kitchen was very helpful for us considering dining in the suite instead of spending extra money dining out.
