"Shower always flooded, front of house staff didn’t speak English, kids loved water park, although all a bit old, upstairs rooms could do with some more furniture / amenities, breakfast / menu was great. Raft trip was a bit dull."

"Staff was super nice but rooms needed a little update. There were hair and dust in the rooms and on bed. One of the bed blanket had blood stain and faded blood spot. Informed staff and they came and they came to replace blanket and sheets and deep floor"
