"great place to stay if you are visiting Chengdu! the hotel is located very close to a metro station (maybe a 5 min walk). the room we booked was a great deal, it had 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. very roomy and comfortable! the room itself was also clean, the beds were comfortable, and in very good condition (not sure when the hotel was last remodeled, but it felt quite new). "We arrived at 8:30pm. Restaurant was closed and not even the snack bar or coffee was available. No room service available and nothing explained. When we came down in the morning, lobby was full of litter and fast food bags. Room was clean and bed was comfortable so tolerable."

"Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants....
