The staff here were absolutely AMAZING!! So helpful and so friendly!! My friends and I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying here! The young men working offered several time to help with our bags, the sweet ladies at the desk did everything they could to make our stay as smooth as possible, and the sweet lady at breakfast was just precious!!

Hotel
Hotel is outdated, the halls smell rotten and old. The Rooms were just okay, there was sthair on the floor in the corners of the bathroom, the cabinets were sticky in the kitchen, and the remotes did not work. Locks on the door were a bit loose and the fireplace did not work. Blinds and curtains were torn and broken. The staff was very nice and we loved the breakfast lady, she made us feel so welcome. Breakfast lady took care of us and did an accelerated job to make sure we had what we needed.

The suite was well maintained and was very clean and comfortable. Everything about our stay was good. The service was excellent in that we inadvertently left a piece of luggage on the curb in the parking lot where we were loading. Within 10 minutes of leaving we received a phone call from the front desk telling us about it. We were able to turn around at that point and retrieve it. Their prompt and thoughtful service was very much appreciated. In fact, due to our experience, we have booked a suite for our return trip to AZ.

Horrible customer service, outdated
Housekeepers were chatting on our couch when we opened the door. Room obviously wasn't ready or being worked on. Air conditioner wasn't working and after 2 visits to our room, the maintenance man said he'd return with a manager. He never did. Our family of 5 slept in a hot room. Only 3 TV channels had reception. Overall, very run down.

Lots of room and clean.
Hotel lobby was nice and clean. Friendly workers. Rooms large, clean and beds very comfortable. Location was a bit sketchy. Thankful for iron fencing around building and nicely lit.

What I liked: 1. The people at the front desk were warm, friendly and helpful. 2. The continental breakfast was really good. Things I didn't like: 1. There was a cockroach in the lobby when I went to check in. I killed it. 2.The rollout bed had stains on the mattress.

A substandard property!
This is a very disappointing property. No water in the pool, no hot tub, toiletries in shower were empty, no luggage cart. It was a job to just get settled in. For $170/ night it was terrible!

Not safe area.
Carpets dirty and worn. Sink in bathroom designed for midgets. Business center printer not working. Shady area. People lurking in parking lot. No front desk staff twice went down, no one to be found.

Just what was needed
There was some conflict with the Hotels.com bookibg and what they actually had available. Front desk was able to take care of it and get me checked in. Property is rennovated and pretty clean, but there was a distinct smell of snoke and "weed" in the hall. Luckily it was not present in the room.

I loved the rooms, and the food and beverage for breakfast was great, Rayna who is in charge of the food and beverage was so nice. All of the staff we met were very nice I will stay there again and recommend the Residence Inn

It was an older place but remodel. Felt very safe for a women's traveling alone for work. Rooms big along with full kitcken. Staff friendly . They said they had reception during select days. But did not have any during my stay which included weekdays along with wknd

My room was huge! The bathroom had a walk in shower and the bed was extra comfy. Breakfast was really good. The only negative things were the dishwasher and light fixture above the dining table. I tried to wash the dishes and it was pouring water out the front. The light fixture was missing and bare wires were exposed. I let the front desk know and they apologized for the inconvenience. Overall this was an awesome place to stay and I will choose them again.

Staff for check in was rude. I also came downstairs to gets some towels and a guest was asking for quarters and she was quite short with the guest. He walked away unhappy. The rest of the staff was welcoming and friendly.
