My stay was fine. The room was nice and clean with a modern feel. The bed was comfortable. I loved the huge walk in shower and the type of toiletries provided. I apprecieted the Keurig in the room.
I did have a few issues. I called before I booked to make sure there was a room on the top floor. I was told there was and what type, so I booked and wrote in the notes that i was requesting a room on the top floor. When I got there, the desk clerk said i couldn't get a top floor room, that there were none available and that Expedia overbooks people.
The clerk in general was just not good at customer service. She didnt look at me while speaking and kept turning to do things while talking. She talked quiet, so I couldnt hear half of what she said. No smile, no welcome, no pleasantries at all. Just like she had no interest in being there at all.
One of the elevators were broken. Luckily my room was near the back elevator.
The breakfast was ok, but not spectacular.
