The staff was wondering. I am not sure what the guy name was but he turned a bad week into a good one. I can express how much I really appreciated his kindness and care during my stay. He made sure everything that was missing was in the room before we returned. He ensured we were comfortable and even taught me how to use the rolling cart. Thank you

The parking area is safe. The cleanliness of the hotel is a 3 out of 5. The housekeeping staff doesn’t come to your room at all to see if you need anything at all, nor do they come to change the linens and sheets out, and we've been here for a week.

STAFF WAS EXCELLENT..Room broken microwave door hanging on, rusted fridge, broken springs on bed. Cabinet drawer broken, doors sealed shut, POT smell everywhere!! Doors all proped open nothing protected to your room.

The room was clean and the guests and staff were friendly. However, there was no elevator and there was no hot water at the time. I understand that the elevator had been out for quite a while..I would stay again if necessary.

This was the worst ESA I have ever stayed at. We stayed 8 days and toilet had to be plunged everyday then on the 4th day we woke up to an overflowed toilet with water all over the floor. We were moved to another room that was infested with roaches, t.v. Didnt work. Tub was clogged with brown stuff coming up out the drain. The staff was really helpful through it all. They worked with thy had. Cooperate need to overhaul that whole property. The employees there should not have to work under those conditions.

The front desk staff was professional with check-in they accommodated us the best they could with what they had to work with. The cleaning lady had to fix the toilet seat with the attachments. The appliances in the room were all broken or dysfunctional. Phone did not work, remote did not work, refrigerator needed Freon and the microwave had the wrong turntable in it because it did not spin. Probably the worst room on the floor.
