The staff was really nice. The place was nice. The beds were kind of hard. I wanted to book a massage and it wouldn’t let me book them even though it was offered so that was disappointing cause that was one of the main reasons why we booked it here.

We greatly enjoyed our suite. It was clean and spacious. Though the wood cleaner used on the bed frame the smell was quite a bit strong in the room. But if you are expecting to get a good night sleep you may be lacking. While the bed is comfortable, the other guests do not take into consideration of others. When we called the front desk at 12:30,12:50, and 3:30 with lots of screaming shouting door slamming we were told the man at the counter “Tyler” is just the valet. And that either they were leaving for a few hours or they had just gotten back. There was no reason for them to be so loud for 45+ mins each time enter or exiting at that hour and disturbing others. There should have been someone there to handle extra rowdy guests. We asked for a note to be left and no one discussed this with us upon departure given there were other guest in the area while checking out I did not want to bring it up.

I loved this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that when you run the AC or heater it’s super noisy. However, it’s walkable to the outlets and a few bars downtown. I’ll definitely recommend them!

The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking forward to having a jetted tub and a relaxing bath in it when I booked, but after seeing that decided against it. At check in we asked about the closest bar and were pointed across the street rather then the bar area AT THE HOTEL. The information about the hotel said there was refreshments like water and coffee in common areas. There was what looked like it used to be a jar of ice water with lemon but it was fairly empty with warm room temperature water when we arrived, and there was no coffee. So...no water or coffee. Also there was no parking. You had to park on the street, or pay to park in the public parking next door or pay for valet parking which was $24 or $25 a night. (That also was not mentioned when booking.) The elevator was gross. There was garbage, dirt, and grime on the floor of it and fingerprints all over the inside of it. It had not been cleaned in what looked like a long time.
