"I tried to call the front desk several times to inform them that I was going to do a late check-in. The staff members at the front desk would pick up, tell me to hold, and then leave me on hold for an extended period of time. On the last call attempt that I made they said to hold on and I could hear everything going on in the background and the two coworkers were visiting and talking to each other and not picking up the phone. Finally, I called back and was able to speak with someone. The waffle makers were not on and I was told they are only turned on on certain days, which I wish I would’ve known about before scheduling the hotel because having breakfast in the morning is very important to my husband. They had also run out of yogurt. The room itself was nice and roomy."

"If you use a wheelchair and book a wheelchair room the bed is 36" off the ground."

"The room was so dirty and not stayable at all. The room smelled like fish, had to ask for another one. And the other room also smelled. The restroom was not clean at all the walls the ceiling had built up dirt. Had hair in the sheets. And breakfast was included but only had cereal."
