"The Sugar Bay Resort was absolutely beautiful! We would stay here again. The view from our oceanfront room was nice. The hotel room and amenities were great. There is an elevator. There were plenty of chairs on the beach, with umbrellas. Most of the time chairs were available at the pool. There is a swim up bar at the pool! The food provided had a good variety. "We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The spa was excellent, the hydrotherapy pools are wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the beach was beautiful. My only complaint was the long wait for meals at all the restaurants. However on our last night we had dinner at the French restaurant and the food was lovely and the wait time was much improved. Also on our last day there was a lunch buffet set up in the Italian restaurant which offered a wonderful variety...

"They did not honor my availability to upgrade me since I’m A gold VIP member , I was extremely disappointed …the place looked so empty ,but overall it was well maintained with beautiful location and if you not there before 4pm there’ll be nobody there to greet you or to assist, so get there early lol"

"Gorgeous beaches Small resort but cozy and clean. Newly renovated so everything is nice. Food selection is bare minimum and not always catering to vegans. Nightly entertainment only some nights and ends by 9:30 pm. Shelley was amazing and attentive but other staff sometimes ignores you."
