Hot water was very intermittent, I was told it needs to run for 15 mins before getting warm, but I ran it for much longer than that and still had to have cold showers every morning. Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Great location and friendly staff. "

When asking the caretaker of the property, she looked confused, said there is no parking included, but that we could park on the street if we could find a bay. There is a multi-story that you can pay to park in a short walk away. So don't expect secure on site parking. "Needs a major upgrade. Poor heating due hardly being on and with insufficient window insulation. In fact sash windows can’t close so top of one window was stuffed with tissue. Had to improvise with a towel as the gap in middle needed blocking! General plumbing needs replacing as the smell wasn’t good and outside in the general area had air fresheners all over. Stairs and general decor is in poor condition. Big mistake not reading previous reviews 😡"
