"I am writing to share my experience regarding my recent stay at Snow Valley Heights, located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The room provided to me was not the same as shown in the pictures during booking. The overall condition and hygiene of the room were below expectations and did not reflect the standards portrayed online. Additionally, I had booked a room inclusive of breakfast. However, I was still charged separately for breakfast, which was disappointing. The quality of the food was also not up to the mark and certainly not what one would expect from a hotel in this price range. Considering the high tariff charged, I expected much better service, cleanliness, and transparency in billing. I hope you will look into these concerns seriously and take corrective measures to improve the guest experience in the future."

"I think this was the best hotel room, wise cleaning wise everything location wise best hotel I have stayed in india me husband and the rest of the family were really happy. Nice clean rooms really nice beds. Everything good only thing I did not like about is the cost of the food is too expensive the roadies they were given us literally a joke they should work on their roti and their food make the prices a little less everything else is good."
