Royal Tulip hotels in Shimla

"The staff at the hotel were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Entering the room there was an odour issue, this was alleviated after turning on the AC for an hour or so, the following day the AC was turned off by cleaning and the odour issue returned again. Breakfast could be improved, both in terms of options available and quality of food served. The hotel also lacked amenities with no gym (even if basic). The room was advertised as a suite and appears relatively large in pictures however does not fit my perceived definition of suite and is instead a very slightly larger room. "

"Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey. "

I love it and come back soon. Mountain View is very amazing and lush green and tall tall trees . It looks very beautiful from this property. "

"This is a very nice resort hotel with beautiful views over the hills. Ideally situated within 10 min walk to the main Mall plaza. I recommend this resort, and would gladly come again in the future."
