"Excellent property and excellent customer service"

"We've stayed there a couple of times to date. Nice clean facility and staff are courteous. This time we were in the room right on the road so heard the traffic, the AC units were quite loud, but it was luckily not a hot night, so we were able to turn it off and still be comfortable."

"We were there for four nights. On the second day our towels were changed, and the trash was removed but the bed was not made. On the third day we decided not to have the room cleaned. On the fourth day, the staff did not show up even though I had called the desk. They finally showed up with a change of towels upon my request. Also, the breakfast room is in dire need of a second waffle machine, as there is a lineup every morning for the single one that is available."
