Well trained Staff, and really appreciated the concierge staffs, first i need to log in for WiFi and they came in to help, It's little complicate for Foreign visitor, because they need you to have a local phone number for security, and i left my iPad at the room and they send it back to me, Thank you ! But hotel facilities and amenities need some upgrade, anyway thanks.

The location is brilliant.. 5 minutes walk to the underground station, from which you can go to all around Shenzhen. The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely. The room is, quite, sparkling clean with comfy massive bed and all teas & coffee and high quality toiletries. It's really value for money.

Excellent quality, high comfort double bedroom

Large double bedroom on 20th floor was very comfortable with writing desk in window. Very comfortable bed with high quality linen and covers, cooling pillow optional. Bath tub which was excellent to relax. Staff had limited English but were service minded and pleasant. Inexpensive and short taxi ride to high speed rail station for connection to Hong Kong.

Premium hotel with excellent service

Shenzhen is definitely a great city. Hotel was in a good location. Little longer walk than expected to get to the subway station. Big plus that taxis are everywhere and to very expensive. Did have issues with bedbugs. Management took care of it immediately. Already booked another trip and staying at the same hotel.

2 nights in L.Gem Hotel

Big spacious room. Even the toilet is big and has a huge bathtub. Pillow selection is even available. We had trouble with wifi connection but staff came to help us fix quickly. Housekeeping is also very prompt and polite. Hotel also kindly decorated the bed with balloons and animals made from towels for my friend's birthday! So sweet and nice of them. Hotel has many eateries nearby. Even a big supermarket 河马鲜生, luckin, kfc and heytea. Very convenient. Nearest MTR is ShiXia but need 8-10mins walk. Staff at reception area could be more friendly and include more greetings. Travelling via Taxi/didi is convenient and cheap compared to Singapore.
