Clean hotel with few English speakers.

The hotel it's ok, but just some people in the reception speaks English. The breakfast is ok for asiatic people, but has almost nothing to eat for the European people. The room was ok and it was clean. The area is very safe, it's in a bussiness area.

A place to rest your head and that is it

With this hotel, you can really see that it was built before Shenzhen became the big city that it is today. with the okay beds, funky smells from the time that smoking in hotels was still a thing and out dated furniture and old bathroom, I would only recommend if you need a place to rest your head and you don't require any special comforts in your hotel.

We booked the business suite here and we were very disappointed with the following 1. The bathroom: there were rust/mold (not sure what) stains in the sink and shower. 2. The level of "cheapness" ie they charged $50 for a room card... normally hotels give those away as souvenirs.... On the other hand we were happy with 1. The breakfast, it was simple but good 2. The concierge: which allowed us to store our bags after checkout for a few hours at no extra fee

Dirty hotel - Don't Recommed

I came to this hotel 3 years ago for the same reason a business trip , I found the hotel in worts clean condition. Bad smell on room and hall. But the worst of all is that my room had an used condom on the floor carpet. I will never ever come back to this hotel

房間有臭味,服務人員說是前一天清潔地毯沒乾造成,因為客滿不能換房間,整晚無法入睡,但是服務人員態度很好,一直說抱歉,也就自認倒楣!

A Good Stay

The experience with Norico Hotel was quite good. First of all, the location is excellent. Subway station is one min away. There is a shopping mall across the road, basically you can find everything there. Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help. The only drawback was the cleaness of the room carpet. I had a classic room which was renovated not too long ago. Overall it was nice and clean. However carpet looks unclean. There were many stain spots on the carpet. I would suggest to have the slippers on when you walk in the room.

Buen Hotel, pero falta renovar.

Muy bien ubicado, buen precio, excelente personal. Si las habitaciones faltan ser renovadas. Se nota que tienen mucho uso y la limpieza podría ser mejor...si encontré un par de bichos raros en el baño. Para ser un hotel de estándar Chino esta bien, pero como dije falta renovar.

Old needs to be refurbish

Carpet dirty, room dusty, aircon is old and kept making sounds. The only good part is bed sheets and towel seems new and clean. Everything else is super old.

Excellent location for our business

Right next to the metro which is all you really need to go and get anywhere you want. Also it's right in the big electronic market of Shenzhen, you can walk around it, which was perfect for us. Not all the rooms are the same, we had to upgrade from the room they first gave us, it had an old, not so neat bathroom, but the upgraded room was perfect. Breakfast more Chinese than continental, didn't have many choices.

気がついたら２０年前に宿泊したホテルだった

日本から事前予約をしないで現地に到着し、expedia経由で宿泊予約をした。立地としては華強路から福田付近を指定、予算と設備の兼ね合いから今回宿泊した北方大酒店に決定した。ホテルロビーに到着して宿泊手続きを済ませるか済ませないかの間に記憶が蘇った。「２０年前に宿泊したホテルだ。」と。２０年前は夜の散策は危険とされていたのでホテルで食事を済ませた記憶があるが、現在は以前より治安が良いようである。付近には現代的な軽食店から四川料理・湖南料理・潮州料理の専門店が並び連泊すれば居ながら中国地方料理を楽しめる環境にある。良い立地だった。ホテルの開業年は古いが設備は良く整備されており衛生的な環境で宿泊できる。ホテルは中国企業のNONRICO系列の企業の様であり、ホテル隣接地にはNONRICO系の高層コンドミニアムが数棟ある。今後の環境変化は予想がつかないが地下鉄駅の近くで、深チェン空港へのアクセスも申し分なかった。

Good Business Hotel

This hotel is only 2 Metro stations away from the World Trade and Shen Zhen Exhibition and Convention Centre for the 76th CMEF Autumn show. Great convenience for me. Many good Restaurants are also located nearby with all the amenities.
