Room is clean and room is spacious. Hotel staff is kind and courteous. There are washing machine and dryer that you can 24x7, free for hotel guest. Hotel is beside train station, a 1min walk to station. Near to street of eateries. The only problem is that 1 of the hotel room door was left open 1 of the morning i stayed and someone was smoking from the room, made the whole corridor smelly

This hotel sits right infront of city metro. Easy access to metro is a must in Shenzhen. Place is huge ans got some decent buffet but there are more varietiesnof restaurants just steps away from this hotel.

Good location but a bit far from the main attractions. The hotel itself was good, staff was amazing and helpful from the beginning. The room was somewhat different from the pictures as the interior felt outdated but the bathroom and bed were top tier. Also it didn't help that the windows, either from the room and the ones next to the elevator were dirty as if it wasn't maintained for years.

The lobby is stuffy, there is a gaps on my buffet breakfast arrangement 2nd day I was told no breakfast arranged for my first room and on my 3rd day was told my 2nd room only has one person breakfast instead of 2. House keeping was very eager to clean up the room even when one of the guest in the room is still on the toilet bowl.
