"Hotel and room are rundown, especially the room smelled moldy, rude and unprofessional breakfast staff can’t figure out whose room has breakfast at entry and later drag people out of breakfast restaurant, gym equipments not cleaned nor had cold water. Not recommended even for this seemingly low price."

"My stay at the hotel was okay, but there were a couple of issues. The breakfast was quite limited, with not many options to choose from. Also, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the hallway or nearby rooms in the morning and at night. Overall, it was an average experience, but these issues made it less comfortable."

"The room was very hot, 82 degrees Fahrenheit. It took me forever to switch it from heat to cool, only to find out later that no matter what I selected, there was only hot air coming from the vents. I called the front desk and was informed that there was no cooling available in the winter time and setting the temperature did not work either. The windows could not be opened and my only choice was to turn the thermostat off completely, which I did. However, that did not lower the temperature in the room and I spent a sweltering night in the room. I was very disappointed that was my experience in a four and a half star hotel. "
