"Great place!"

"This hotel is a tad bit dated but it is excellently maintained. The common spaces were clean, the halls were clean, and most importantly, our room was clean. When I checked in the whole system was down, but the receptionist maintained her composure and did the best she could. In the morning when I came down for breakfast, she was so kind and friendly. Breakfast hot selections were standard, but the oatmeal bar was great!"

"The Staff at this property were friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfy. Those are the 2 best things I can say. Property needs a serious upgrade. Hole in the bathroom door, bottom of door looked like it had been kicked in. Stains on the walls. Odd smell in the hallways. Kind of gross overall. Even though great price. Next time I will pay more to stay somewhere a little nicer."

"Clean rooms and modern look Easy access and many restaurants around"

"Excelente habitación, el gym necesita cambiar los equipos ambas tread mill no estaban en funcionamiento."

"The fridge and tv didn’t work and the lady at the desk tried to tell me a already check in when I didn’t and finally figured out she gave my original room to some else and gave me a different room that didn’t have working tv or fridge and could fix it tell the next day when we would already be checking out"

"Neat and affordable hotel. I got a king size bed. Excellent and safe location in the Woodlands area. Perfect location right across the Woodlands Mall Area. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good location and affordable price."

"Nothing about this motel was good. It was gross and the room smelled like an ashtray even though it had a non-smoking sticker on the door."

"They have started charging for parking which I think is unfair."

"Clean room very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was varied and good. Close handicap parking to desk and elevator. Lobby is cold. Bring sweater to breakfast. Will stay here again when departing from IAH. Pleasant stay."

"Charged for parking without being told up front…why??? I’m already paying for the room, just feels like a cheap shot getting charged to park. Only one elevator was working the whole time. No daily service to empty trash or anything."

"A bit pricey, but very nice, and we will continue to stay there"

"Breakfast was great! Big selection. Staff amazing! Cleaning room not so good. Parking great!"

"Perfect location to everything. Great staff, clean rooms. Traveled with children. Breakfast was very good."
