"I really enjoy staying at The Cosmo Apartments, as everyone there is very friendly and helpful and you have all the great facilities in your apartment that you need to prepare your meals etc. Also, you can just easily hop on the train to the Shopping Centre in Toowong, where you’ll find all the usual shops. Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

"The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
