I have stayed at many hotels and this Hampton Inn is one of the nicest ones that I have stayed in. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My room was amazing. The only issues I found were that the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. This is the first hotel I have been in that had fresh baked cookies with fruit infused ice water daily in the lobby. The breakfast was the normal, but the area was very clean and restocked as needed. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Besides my reservation being cancelled in error, the desk clerk was very nice and resolved the issue, very accomodating. Parking lot well lit and there was plenty of handicapped parking places. Room was clean and everything looked clean and fresh. Breakfast was awesome. Have never had a better breakfast. Selection was phenomenal and the hostess was cherry, smiling and singing Christmas Carols. She made sure to greet and ask if you found everything you needed. Will stay here again!

The staff was absolutely top notch and super friendly. They addressed issues quickly and positively and felt like old friends by the time we checked out. They provided fast, appropriate documentation to submit regarding a dispute with Expedia. Will definitely stay here in the future and will recommend to others.
