"The rooms were lovely and clean, parking was not intuitive but the staff put us right as soon as we checked about it. The breakfast was not our typical food, although the coffee was great. We would stay again as the location was perfect for our needs and the staff excellent."

"Pros: parking and good central location. Well priced. Cons: tired and dated rooms. Too warm despite turning the thermostat right down. Helped by opening window but loud road noise so not ideal. No bottled water in the room. Got phoned by reception at 7.15 am to come to our room to access the safe and retrieve the passports of previous guests! Not the wake up call I wanted on what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. Staff member was lovely and very apologetic and offered us free breakfast. nice gesture but not one that was of any use to us. Check out the following day - no questions asked about our stay - I had to ask who I could give feedback to. Just not very interested and no other compensation or gesture for poor stay offered. Won't be back!"

"The room was clean to an extent but we had our stuff damaged in our room and medication missing which was life threatening. Breakfast wasn’t good at all horrible and dry not taste to nothing. Staff weren’t hopefully at all and the bar had nobody at it at all. Wouldn’t recommend staying here again to be honest air conditioning unit was broke so had no air con and no windows so the room was so hot. They told us to deal with it basically. We trying to get a refund as it was expensive for what we paid and didn’t even get the stuff we needed "
