"Stayed on business and it was perfect. I’ve been staying at other hotels in Sheffield for years but this will be my go to hotel from now. Rooms are spacious and immaculate. Staff were very helpful. It’s handy for bars and restaurants (and shopping). Recommended"

"Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced. "

"The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the walls of the slower. The floors were sinking in. The beds were very uncomfortable and didn’t feel very clean either "

"Heather who greated me was warm and welcoming and took my bags, the chap who booked me in was equally nice and helpful. This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in! I had some of my best night sleeps here. Central for town and train station 10 min easy walk. Riom very clean amd tidy, with nice smelling body wash."

"Hotel is a disappointment considering its reputation. The rooms were cold, old and badly lit, with poor quality mattresses where the springs could be felt, and quilts so thin our kids were sleeping in jumpers and bathrobes. "
