"After arriving and having to ring the landlord personally to be able to access a set of keys as we wasn’t told anything about how to get into the property we had found out that the landlord had forgotten we was even coming so that was a ball-ache, then we got a different apartment as the one we had booked wasn’t ready. When we got into the apartment we noticed all the pots are dirty, the limescale in the kettle is caked on, the oven is dirty with food still on them, the microwave is full of old food marks, we only have 2 rooms instead of having 3 which we paid for, no soap for washing our hands. We can’t use any utensils as they are dirty so we can’t make food, the bin was full of rubbish and moldy milk was found in the fridge with used towels left in the rooms and old makeup wipes in the bathroom and the rooms haven’t been hoovered at all. It’s very disappointing as we’ve came to stay here for a weekend away and paid a lot of money to be able to stay. The landlord had said he would refund us some money and to text if we need anything but once we arrived and had found the keys for the apartment the landlord did not answers us at all and was ignoring our messages. It was very disappointing and I would 100% not be staying there again. "
