For the very affordable deals this hotel offers, the rooms match the price. The rooms aren't the greatest, but your also not paying top dollar so be realistic. The rooms are OK but as far as hotel amenities, there are none. In short, its an ok place to stay for short money.

The entrance to this hotel was a little tricky to get in and out of. It was a very steep dirt bank that I hope they fix. Other than that, it was very nice and safe.

Recommend and will stay again
Been here 3 times and while not the most stylish, it is great value. Always clean. Great shower. Iron and board, microwave and fridge, plus nice TV. Price is excellent. I will continue to stay here when visiting in Shawnee!

I didn’t stay there. When I tapped on the comfort inn icon, colonial inn came up and I didn’t notice it was the wrong one. So I lost my $74 rewards which I am obviously not happy about.

Did not see bed bugs but saw multiple roaches and the staff there were harassing my girlfriend and would come banging on my door. The young front desk woman was very kind and professional and very respectful though.

Our stay
Fair, could have been better! sink has no stopper in it-faucet handles are hard to turn especially the cold one-could not get it to turn off! Commode was dirty around base! (sure glad I had some Lysol) Faucets in bath were about as bad as sink! Did not work well! Bathroom door needs adjusting- sticks- then can hardly open it!

The property condition is fair and for a single man traveling, OK. The staff member was totally rude, would not answer any questions, and verbally and physically wanted me to leave. Only words he spoke was ID please.

Pleasant Stay
From the outside, we were a little hesitant, but once checked in and went to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. Was a very nice stay. Close to everything we needed in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing fancy, but super clean.
Room was exceptionally clean. We have stayed in many hotels with more features ( pool, exercise area, breakfast, etc. ), but we don't use any of that but the breakfast anyway. Often the breakfast offered is not that great. We could eat quite a breakfast with the sixty dollars we saved in rent. We will likely stay here again.

Shabby, old and cramped
This is an older motel. Cramped, not super clean, bathroom tub/shower was gross looking. Pillows didn't have pillow cases, just shams (velvet and fleece = HOT). Had to request pillow cases. No carpet or rugs in the room. No lobby to check in, just stand at the window and get helped there. It had high stars, but I should have done some more research. Would not stay here again.

My husband and I both have CPAP machines. We had a king size bed but the was no plug inside on my side of the bed so was unable to use my machine. Bad night Also could not get the ac regulated was either freezing or hot

Good stay
Good stay, as usual. There was a guy that was staying there that scared my daughter. He came up behind her when she was getting something out of the car. The rooms are clean and comfortable. NO frills.
