Staff where useless and rude, no elevator so if you have mobility issues or are frail forget about it as you will have to lug bags up a turning stair case. We did not have a shower curtain phone did not work, WiFi did not work breakfast was a snack. On another note the bed was comfortable. The love seat was soiled and dusty very dirty and gross.

Short trip for a game and we stayed in the cozy suites. I liked that we didn’t have to go to a desk. Check in and entry were easy. It was comfortable and nice. Would use them again for the price. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am but it was building wide, not the hosts fault
