"Close to family we were visiting. Nice breakfast in the mor ing and staff were very friendly and kind to my elder mother. Once of the elevators was out of service during our week there, so in a crowded hotel that was a concern (mother uses a walker so couldnt take the stairs)."

She found me a room in the hotel next door. Explained my situation. Got the room for me for less and had my room refunded ..."
