Super Pleasant stay

Unforgettable memories over there. From check in to check out throughout five star services. The staff ,the managers, Potters also food hall management .The food drinks fruits deserts also come every minute to u and ask if we need anything. They happily allowed us to stay and eat even we checkout. There us a Mosque iside the Resort gor every day pray including Friday pray There r Six extra restaurants including Atalian Turkish Brazilian which is all iin your hotel price.Any time u can take drinks wraps to eat .every 2 minutes there is golf carts running to pick n drop to anywhere inside the resorts.There is also tennis court table tennis swimming pools water slides also snorkeling services. Now i conclude everything was beyond your expectations. I definitely 💯percent will recommend in Sharm el sheikh. Superb

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really good hotel facilties, great snorkeling. Food is good, lots of options, but theres always a big queue for the really good stuff like prawns and mangos which are not offered every day. Only down side for us was the room, its abit tired, in desperate need of a revamp (especially the standard rooms). We been twice, first time we had nice Jaccuzz on the balcony room, that was very nice, this time we took the kids so had 2 standard rooms and it was abit disappointing. But overall it is a very good hotel and we had a very good time there.

Me and my friends had a great time at Sunrise Montemarre! The staff were incredible, the property itself was beautiful and the food was incredible. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived. Special mention of Ahmed- the housekeeper in Block 2, cleaned our rooms daily to perfection aswell as special towel animals on our bed, placed with petals always made our day! The food was incredible and fresh, special shoutout to Executive chef Hazem who made us a special meal on our last day we felt like queens! Mostafa at the bar, sherif at island pool bar and ahmed at the omelette station at breakfast were amazing too! We’ll definitely be back

Nice Hotels that needs to improve few things

This Hotel is amazingly build with beautiful garden and poos with its own coral beach. The rooms were nice and big. When we arrived at the Hotel we had to wait almost three hours to check in as they couldn’t find our reservation.Nobody apologized for that. The food was just ok. Not so many things for vegetarians and we got Diarrhea from the food there. We were on the swim room, they are amazing and very close to the beach. But before 10am the Bars close to the beach and pools were closed. The only place to get a coffee is the Buffet place what is kind hard to get to from rooms close to the beach.It should be a coffee station open before 10 am. We would definetely stay again in this Hotel.

From the beginning the hotel was amazing, they had organised our transfer and were there waiting. We had a separate check in and were welcomed and given some drinks. We were taken in a golf cart to our room and the room we had was massive with huge pool. Our luggage arrived shortly after. It was worth staying in the signature suite with the posh club so many benefits. We had six bottles full size and fruit plate and nuts and dried apricots and chocolates and biscuits and local pasties. The fridges were refilled every day and pastries which were meant to be different each day we only had replenished once. The a la carte restaurants were good, we preffered the Asian and Italian. The staff were excellent nothing was too much. I would name them but there are so many but they know who they are and we thank them for their service, there were a few we saw each day and they knew exactly what we liked which was nice. We would definitely come back here. Posh club staff were also excellent they looked after us very well especially when my husband was not too well one day. It was a very relaxing holiday with amazing beach and private reserved part for posh club which was good. It was the same with posh club lounge you could get drinks have breakfast, lunch or dinner there and you also get better branded drinks. When leaving it was like leaving home waving goodbye to the staff and never had to touch our cases since we packed them and got to the airport felt very special!

*Easy check-in, we arrived 13:00 yet we did not wait until check-in time. *We got a room upgrade twice! without paying any extra money ! *The food variety and quality is excellent, for dinner you get to choose from eight different restaurants and you can plan a special event dinners for free *The staff were very polite and professional. *The resort is super clean on all scales.

We booked a swim up room as it was advertised adults only in the middle of our stay to our inconvenience discovered the rooms next door were given to very noisy families with crying kids who would do all sort in the pool & we were told websites yet to be updated The main restaurant very noisy & long queue as families would take a lot of food
