Great hotel for vacation

Much better than ever expected. Nice hotel with fantastic beach and very good restaurants. We went for the all inclusive and there was an abundance of food and drink. Having said that I want to single out the care and dedication of the staff that were second to none.

Great diving centre within the hotel—the Pyramids team is fantastic! Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet is created with lots of dedication, with nicely presented salads. Ingredient information is readily available, and at breakfast, plant-based milks are offered—a thoughtful addition for allergics and vegans.

The landscape of the property was very nice. It wasn't too busy, so it was easy securing seats at the pool. More dining options are necessary because there is only one main restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, there is an Italian restaurant, but you need reservations for it, and that was not communicated beforehand. There is also an area located near the poolside bar with great food.

The hotel stay was wonderful and loved that they were accommodating. They convince of shops at the resort was wonderful for picking up snacks or souvenirs. I felt safe at the resort and all safe were nice. Only thing I would say as a recommendation to consider is to add more authentic Egyptian food at the resort. I am use to the normal "American" type food. I wanted to try something unique to the country. As well as adding a map with the room key at check-in so people can navigate around the property.

The staff was very generous and nice. Our room was right by the pool and was cleaned by Omar, who made beautiful decorations from the towels every day. The Hotel was right by the sea and had an amazing coral reef 20 meters from shore.

Our stay here over New Year was magical. The hotel and its staff were so friendly and efficient and accommodating. The facilities and food were fantastic and we would definitely recommend this hotel. The only criticism would be the communication. It would have been good to have more up front information regarding the new years celebrations and closure of certain areas in preparation for this. But it is a small concern in an overall wonderful break. Thank you.

They had expresso martini included in all inclusive which was my favourite part. Unfortunately their all inclusive expires at 12 midnight everyday which is deceptive. So after 12 you have to pay. They didnt let us check in early even though we requested The room's are quite small. Food at this resort is quite delicious and they have quite a variety. They freshly make pasta infront of you

The hotel is nice and well kept, pool and beach area are very nice as well. No food or drinks service at the beach. The food overall is average specially de breakfast with just a few options and they never change the menu. Lunch was just ok at the buffet. They charge for room service they charge for in room mini bar and specialty dining (only one restaurant available). One star to the alcohol drinks they use unbranded alcohol bottles that taste like fake drinks very poor or no quality drinks at all.
