Nice resort with decent amenities. However, it seems to be a little bit old and the furniture could be renovated. The resort is generally clean but not tidy clean, probably due to the lack of renovation including the plates, cups, and silverware.

Service and cleanliness are very good, especially in restaurants. Please note that the pool bar service is good, but without experience in dealing, and there is also no music, and if you find it, do not hear it, and the shape of the bar from the inside is not good. I hope that the hotel management takes care of these simple details because the place is very good. Thank you

we used to stay since 2004 on yearly basis at same hotel , but unfortunately this time will be last time we stay their , for the below reasons: 1- No hard renovation has been made to the hotel 2- Old bed and mattress and linen 3- Cleaning the floor room using wet towel and not water and soap 4- Fridge door not closing 5- Safe box not working 6- AC too noisy and not working well 7- No tasty food any more 8- No snacks as usual during the day chips and Popcorn 9- No more free shuttle to Neama bay finally we thanks Mr Samir Rashwan the Manager for nice welcoming and help to solve all the above

The staff and service were amazing. Food quality was excellent. The only issue I faced was that the AC was too loud in the sweet I had. This noise affected my sleep. We had to turn it off from time to time to switch between getting cool air and staying quite for sometimes. Other than that the hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food and everything else was awesome. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who is looking for a nice vacation in Sharm The l Sheikh.

Concorde El Salam Is Definitely Not a 5-Star Resort — Don’t Waste Your Money My stay at Concorde El Salam in Sharm El Sheikh was a complete disappointment. Here’s why: • This place is definitely not 5 stars — don’t let the rating fool you. • some of the Food was old and tasteless — definitely not fresh, and even worse, it was cheap and lacked basic proteins. • Drinks were sloppy and poorly made. • Snack time overlaps with lunch, which makes no sense at all. • The beach is overcrowded, and guests are competing for spots and sunbeds — far from relaxing. • There are no bathrooms at the beach, which is completely ridiculous. You have to walk up stairs and uphills to get to a restaurant that has a restroom. • No uber or taxi allowed to get into the hotel, so you have to walk all the way out to the gate to get a transportation. • It’s falling apart, with outdated and damaged infrastructure, and the rooms have an old, worn-out design that hasn’t been updated in years. . They spray pesticides without any prior warning. Total health hazard! • Staff were unprofessional and, at times, hostile — the customer service was shockingly bad. • Getting around the resort is exhausting — there are way too many stairs and uphill paths between areas. • Bars close at midnight, so don’t expect to enjoy your evenings. • Music at the beach was loud, unpleasant, and made the atmosphere worse instead of better. . Some of the resort’s floors are slippery. You gotta watch out or else you’d break your back

Beautiful hotel right on the water. Staff were very friendly. Our 1st full day our housekeeper made a point to introduce himself and asked if we needed anything. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Hotel has an amazing private coral reef. Hotel offers scuba diving, snorkeling, and private tours for all the nearby attractions. They made it very easy to book a hike up to Mt Sinai. Excellent buffet. Amazing spa. Highly recommend!

This hotel had a serious problem with food. The best description of the type of meals was by a friend: Hospital food. Sadly the open buffet was a 3 star category in a supposedly 5 star hotel, very low quality. The hotel is very well located and clean though, with great corals and view of Sharks bay.
