At check out, staff couldn’t make the transaction go through. After multiple tries, a senior staff helped and found out the original staff made mistake. We were standing at the reception for 20 minutes, without receiving apologies."

"I had a really unpleasant experience at this hotel. All of my cosmetics were tampered with—half of each product was scooped out. I reported this to the hotel manager, but they dismissed it, saying I had no video proof that their staff did it. Honestly, who installs a camera in a hotel bathroom? It was baffling. I just want to caution others to be extremely careful with their valuables here."
