"The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly. I did have to ask a 2nd time for an iron but other than that everything was phenomenal!! It is also important to know that this particular property is alcohol free (there is no bar on the HOTEL premises). However if you walk to the beach, there is a bar/restaurant there. I will be coming back to this property AGAIN "

"Our stay at Serena Bay was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The service was exceptional — truly a 10/10 experience thanks to the warm, attentive, and professional staff who made us feel welcome every single day. We stayed for 8 days in a beautiful room overlooking the beach, and waking up to that stunning view every morning was unforgettable. The food was fantastic across both restaurants — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the daily afternoon tea from 4–5 p.m., which offered a lovely selection of treats in a relaxing setting. The spa team was wonderful as well professional, friendly, and they created such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind completely. For families, the kids club was an absolute gem. Our 3-year-old daughter adored it and looked forward to going every day. The staff were incredibly caring, patient, and engaging, we could see how much they genuinely enjoyed spending time with the children. Overall, Serena Bay exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and family fun. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!"

"1/2 of the stove top gas burners worked., The oven would turn on my itself. The toaster would normally burn the toast no matter the setting. Plenty of pot’s & pans but no lids. The fridge ( freezer) would maintain enough cold to keep the food from going bad. The apartment would sleep 6. We had 3 forks & spoons but no dinner knives. All of this negative being said; the place is undercharging. The rooms are large and the showers are OK. If management would update all the appliances it would make a good family vacation. "
