"We booked a lakeview room because it is close to where we need to go. Upon arriving the front desk told us they “upgraded” us to a lake view room, that of which we already booked. The room itself. We booked a smoke free room but the room reeks of cigarette smell. Lakeview is nice but window is dirty...
