"We stayed here as a stop over as we were visiting locally. The hotel staff were fabulous. Professional, helpful and informative. The inside space was comfortable, clean and felt spacious. "Spacious clean room with good quality bed linen and towels. Nice time of year to visit with lovely Christmas trees and decorations & real fire in the lounge. Restaurant staff were excellent and we also enjoyed the gym, pool, steam room & sauna. "

"I turned up two and a half early for check in and Craig did his upmost best to get me in straight away which I gravely appreciated, he was very professional and helpful. I then had a general question about parking and Denise was extremely helpful and even sighted me up as a member and to my surprise I was able to access the perks at that very moment, again she was professional and did everything to make my stay easy.
