"Mouse droppings in room. Was moved to a room next door... supposedly hospital safe sanitation used per signs in room. Front desk Deborah and manager John Steele not authorized to give any money back. Owner manager out of country. No customer service number available per those 2 employees. No apologies. Definitely not stopping here again. Zero customer service."

"Was just ok. Breakfast wasn't much. Room had an odor- think maybe it was air freshener but it was very strong and overwhelming. "

"So much noise during the night! Car alarms going off, other guests pounding on their doors and yelling and I am quite certain someone tried to get in our room!! It was very unsettling to say the least. We didn’t even stay for breakfast, all they had was cereal and waffles! Would not recommend this particular Clarion Point!! On the bright side the front desk staff did try to help me get Internet however was unsuccessful."

"Called early the day I knew we would arrive to verify the Poole was working was told it was got there and it wasn’t stayed the first night in the room in the morning we found cockroaches while we were getting ready went to breakfast of course couldn’t bring ourselves to eat, but the breakfast would’ve been lackluster basically just cereal, toast and waffles. Not a very good place to stay at all. Could not recommend hideous to find bugs in your room."

"Hotels.com has pet fees at $10 a night when it’s actually $15 a night, their website says they provide cribs so I made sure I left a note that we needed a crib when I booked the day before, but when asked at check in the man said they don’t have any. Later after getting to our room we had to go back to the front desk to ask for pillows because the pillows were the sizes of a half of a normal pillow, and the guy said he didnt have extra pillows either. Also they have their own universal remote that wouldn’t allow us to change the input setting to the HDMI, and after 5/10 mins of trying the remote just stopped working all together. "

"Walked up to check in and would have turned around had it not been too late to find an alternative. Extremely disgusting reception desk. Room was old, bathroom disgusting. Fortunately good clean bed and quiet surroundings. Conclusion, anything under $250./night is a dump."
