"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."

"Love the breakfast it’s a simply the best especially the noodle soup. The staff are polite and friendly. I would like particularly thank Ms Hu for her excellent work. It would be perfect if the hotel rooms have a small fridge. "
