"We stayed for 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Xi'An in a Grand Club King Room. We went to Xi'An mainly to see the Terracotta Warriors. For us, we found this hotel was isolated from the main part of the town of Xi'An. We needed to take a taxi to get into the town centre. Apart from that, the room, the staff and the food were all at standard of what we would expect from the Grand Hyatt group. For us, the location wasn't the best."
"The food served is lousy. The food in the Sheraton club is even worse. The seating arrangement there is also bad. A 5 star hotel should be much better.
The room tried to be cyber and intelligent but in a stupid way. After one person goes out for a few minutes, the light and aircond would be automatically turned off even though another person is still in.
