We mentioned about it only on the next morning, and the staff apologized and suggested that had we reported when we first noticed the smell, they would have moved us to another room. Overall, the facility is good and easily accessible. I would still recommend, irrespective of the minor inconvenience given the other benefits it offers due to the proximity to the key areas and businesses in the city."

"A convenient, quick transit spot since it sits right near the airport and right at the entrance of the city. However, this did not cut my true 5-star. The staff was absolutely wonderful—the team was incredibly warm, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast was another major highlight, offering a great, expansive spread with plenty of options to choose from. Multi cuisine.. Unfortunately, the property falls short in a few key areas. The rooms, while great views, needed some extra dusting, and some TLC. Families should also note that there are absolutely no amenities for kids other than the pool, needs a play area or something similar to keep children entertained. while the rooftop restaurant offers cool views of the city and passing planes, the space itself is looking tired and definitely needs a facelift to bring it up to premium standards. It’s a decent place to crash if you need to be close to the airport entrance, but it needs a bit more attention to detail to truly earn its luxury rating."

"Good stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely great with tons of options, South Indian, North Indian, continental, etc. and the spa is great for a relaxing massage. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, they are super clean and modern. My only critique is that they lack some basic 5-star amenities like a hot tub or a sauna in the wellness area. Overall though, it's a solid, clean, and decent place to stay in central Chennai!"
