The room was stinking. The restaurant service was poor where we were unattended for long stretch of time. Not even once we were asked if everything is fine. Only when we were leaving the courteous and friendly front desk sought input. We will not be returning here. Oh BTW There is no ocean view.

PARENTS WITH CHILDREN BE CAREFUL. We ordered some food(pasta dish) via room service and to our dismay the food had MELTED WOK LINING(metal colour). We were really disappointed and afraid for the health of our child and the food we had possibly consumed. Some of the staff are very hospitable and I do appreciate that. If the kitchen equipment is old then they should replace it. I would avoid this hotel again and would not rebook. It is not how it is advertised and quite dated. It is in need of a makeover.

Property is located in very convenient place to access the various areas of Pondy. Staff are very polite and professional. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are slightly tired. Quality of the food was really good. Breakfast spread was nice. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights.

Good service!!

Room was awesome and comfortable. AC in the bedroom didnt work as well as the living area. Toilet flush didnt work in room 317. Room service coffee came cold but they quickly replaced it with a complimentary hot coffee. Overall a good stay.

Overall my experience is excellent . Room is super clean , comfortable bed , clean sheets. Dinning menu has lot of options and food is amazing . Like the Christmas feel and goodie from hotel. Cons: Terrible wifi . If you are planning to work , forget about it .
