It was very close to the convention center and easy to walk to sites such as the residence of the Duke and the botanical garden and the iconic Lu factory and restaurants. ..."

"Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself ..."
