"The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. "I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The carpet was heavily stained and visibly dirty, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were also dirt stains on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew odor that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in. Overall, the cleanliness was far below what I expected, and it made my stay very uncomfortable. I expect...

"There is construction near the hotel parking lot and spaces are not available it was a fully booked weekend which made parking at night hectic but they allowed parking that was not in a parking space per say like in front but not in front of the entrance."

The lounge area was nice and clean along with the room. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great! "We wanted a budget-friendly place to stay in Mason that was clean, had cold A/C, and included breakfast, and this was exactly that! The building could use some updates, and the gym was limited with a few machines not working. The common areas and elevator weren’t well air-conditioned.
