We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indigo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took full advantage of the amenities. The food and vibe at the Pom Pom restaurant was great! Definitely one of our favorite family vacations to date! Shout out to Musa, Anna (servers), Miguel and the other porters (all were great) for their great service!!! The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our bedroom was a good size, very clean. Kettle. Coffee, tea readily available together with 2 bottles of water. Fridge was stocked up and other snacks available if you wanted to buy. Our 2 night stay was most enjoyable as we were able to use all facilities. We relaxed by the pool and also tried the bar for food also very good.

Is one of the most clean, best kept, best gardens, pools, layouts I have stayed in. I loved the welcoming , the taxi always ready, the pool towels super clean, the pool super clean, the area super sexy, the walkways very clean. The whole island and the entire premises were amazing. The food, restaurants, by the pool, by the water, the rooftop, 5 stars to all. I cant stop Saying what great 4 days i had and I have travelled the world. By the beach there was a guy given water with ice all day for free, I find that unbelievable!!! Thank you

Beautiful property, with very professional staff. A few standouts for me, and certainly the reason I'd visit again, are: The Catalina staff, front desk, and concierge services were top tier! My only feedback is that the food was really expensive, and I don't believe the value was there (food preparation/amount of food served). Our stay was truly amazing, and I will visit again as this is my hotel of choice. Great job with training staff at the Catalina and Pom-Pom. You all truly understand what white-glove customer service means. Thank you all!

This place is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Trust me, won’t regret staying there. The room was spacious and so clean. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept in. It was so quiet and peaceful. The restaurant Catalina so worth it and the Pom-Pom was absolutely amazing. Please support this phenomenal establishment. It says four stars but they treat you like a 5 star. I can’t wait to go back again.
