Just lacked staff attention to detail for this rate/standard of hotel. I would expect better service. You would ask the staff a question about restaurant/spa/activities etc and you would get a one worded answer and the impression of don’t ask me anymore questions. It always seemed to be so difficult to get help/assistance on the smallest of things.
