"Overall, the hotel was lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed, although if you need an iron you need to request the whole laundry service. The staff were so helpful and really friendly, nothing was too much trouble. It is in a quiet area near the river but hard to walk anywhere from it. Only a short drive to Alcacer do Sal. "Generally a good place. My room was nice and the view was good. It is a modern euro hotel. The area is a small resort town and there is not much amenity there. Casino is attached but I did not visit. Staff was helpful and nice. I’d stay again if I’m the area."

"We had such an amazing stay at the Santiago hotel! They were so attentive and made a lot of really cute touches for our son which was so cute and very much appreciated. The restaurant was also so delicious. 1000/10 would go back and recommend."
