"I absolutely recommend this hotel. We stayed four nights and the hotel is stunning. The beds are comfy with nice bedding and decor. Good shower and fabulous breakfast with local produce. We couldn’t use the pool as it was too cold and closes 1st October which was a shame it wasn’t heated but I guess that’s normal. The gardens are lovely to sit in early evening before dinner. The food is superb and I would definitely recommend eating there . My only criticism was that the set menu of the day is...

"Et fin chateau udenfor Beziers. Lidt af et museum - så mange ting. Et helt særligt sted. Fint pool område. Fantastisk værtinde på stedet. Meget dedikeret og service minded. Morgenmad lidt kedelig. "

Un sentiment de se sentir comme chez soi dans cette grande et belle demeure bien entretenue. Je recommande. "

"Hotel is an easy 5 min walk from the airport. It was very clean and had a nice pool area. Service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was big with bath and shower, nice comfy bed, but there was a lack of storage space. For an easy, short stay by the airport it is perfect."

"Very pleasant stay at this recently completed new build hotel (some work still ongoing but silently). Huge room, very accessible, great balcony view. Breakfast good but service variable - one day great, the other less so. Will certainly return."
