"To start with we were on the 3rd floor & the elevator was broken, husband is disabled. The towels were so thread bear you couldn’t get dry, the tables in room were all greasy and nasty. The front desk lady said go check it out and then if you don’t want it come down within 10 minutes and they will refund. Took 20-25 minutes to check in and we were in a hurry for a wedding so had to accept the room for the night. TERRIBLE PROPERTY. if I knew who to ask I want refund!!!"

"I've stayed in extended stay motels before but this was the worst I've been in thus far. I arrived to the hotel, the parking lot was littered and the big trash bin was over full with garbage bags on top, beside and in front of it. I go inside to check in for my reservation, the front desk staffer tells me they don't have any rooms available then asks the woman sitting in the lobby in plain clothes to verify whether they have rooms or not, which during the conversation I learn is the one who goes...

"The sliding door for the patio did not lock. It would appear to lock, but a slightly firm pull would open it right up. No curtains on the windows for privacy. Just wooden blinds you could easily see through. The sauna was operational, but the buttons were all worn down and there were no instructions on how to operate it. We got in later after a long day of traveling and weren't in the mood to bring anything up. The view itself and the location were great!"

"I stayed at Mt Williamson on a business trip. It is early in the season so the place is not humming in its operation. The room is rustic but functional. There isn't much amenities to speak about. What bother me to most is the poor sound insolation. My unit is close to the main road and at night when big trucks and speeding motorists speed by, the noise penetrates the room and it would be difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. "Spacious room. Nicely decorated. Wifi was great especially since we had no signal on our phones. Firm bed. Fridge and microwave in room. Shower tub was wide and had non slip surface! Nice towels and washcloths. Cotton balls and qtips at sink. Keurig coffee maker in room. TV had some caching issues but, hey, we were up on a mountain. "The property in real life did not match what was seen on Expedia. The grounds are overgrown and not well maintained. The room was a fine size and the sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. However the room had an odd sort of dank smell and the air conditioner was questionable and very loud.
