"Don't inflate your expectations. This is a typical motel. However, the place was clean and well maintained. The people in the market (where you check in and out) are very friendly and helpful if you ask for anything. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well - totally necessary as it was 100° in June when I went. The room had a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge (the little freezer compartment actually worked)! It seems bare bones, but the rooms have everything you need. The market adjacent to the property has everything - fresh fruits and vegetables, ready made meals, a hardware section, etc. There is a laundromat next door. It's a good value for the money. I would totally stay here again."

"Beautiful surroundings and delicious food! We used the tennis courts and played basketball also. It was a but chilly fir swimming so we didn't use the pool or take a canoe out on the lake. The lakeside room was nicely furnished with comfortable beds."
