A great hotel! I felt safe here as a woman travelling alone. The breakfast options were good and varied and it was incredibly handy to have a CU located in the hotel. My room was lovely and clean. A really good size. My only issue was that the Aircon kept the room at a warmer temperature than I would like. I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice and clean. Its close to shopping and dinning area. Bus and subway train near by. The only thing i didnt like about the hotel was the heater on in the room. And i didn't know how to turn on rhe AC. So i just turn the heater off and had the window open.

Room is clean and spacious. Check-in is on the 14th floor. Great location for shopping and local foods. The 1st floor concierge speeks English, Japanese and Chinese. Currency exchange besides front desk and corridor connected to Hyundai shopping mall.

This is the best location for shopping and sightseeing. Parking was available in the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that is disappointing is that you can hear noises in the early morning due to poor soundproofing. However, I did not hear it every day, but only heard it for about two days during my two-week stay. If I go to Korea, I will stay here again.

Hotel shower sprayer sprays onto the back end of the shower instead on one's body and water runs out of the tub onto the floor causes the shower to be flooded with water. Can't adjust the sprayer.

Many restaurants and cafes are accessible by foot from the hotel. It was a large Deluxe Double Twin Room. There are two separate bathrooms and a separate room with a twin bed. One room has a bathtub and a vanity sink, while the other has a spacious shower and a toilet. The Hotel Skypark Kingstown Dongdaemun was a pleasant place to stay.

Overall, Hotel Skypark was a good stay. The staff are friendly and courteous. Pros first. The location of the property is very convenient to get around since many bus stops and the metro station are within walking distance. So you can practically get to any part of the city within 30 mins. There are plenty of food options and shopping all around the hotel. So you'll never go hungry here. There's a coin laundry room on the 14th floor, but you need to have your own detergent. You can get that at the convenience store across the street if you don't bring any. And there are several points of interest nearby such as Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) where you can take some nice pictures. Now the cons. The common areas of this hotel aren't air conditioned, so during my stay in the height of the summer, it was very uncomfortable. Even the elevators aren't air conditioned, so when the elevator was full, it was hard to even breathe. The condition of the rooms are okay, but my bathroom wasn't very clean. But I always disinfect with my own Clorox wipes anyway. The provided slippers weren't disposables ones, but foam reusable ones. That would have been fine, but they were cracked and kept tripping my son. That's about all I can think of. Overall, good value for the money, especially if you're planning for a longer stay.

Room is clean and I like the area around the hotel. The concierge is friendly but not too that helpful, for example, I asked for an ATM machine, instead of pointing me where they are, he just said "It's all over the buildings around the hotel and find it yourself.

Conveniently located right beside the Hyundai outlet mall. It is only a 5min walk to the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station and 15min walk to the famous Gwangjang Market. The room was generally clean and luggage storage was available.

The room was cute and clean. We got a themed room it was the Princess room. The room was a comfortable temperature and the shower had great hot water. Typical firm korean mattress. Loved the free parking and convenient shops and restaurants.

We feel satisfy during our 13-day stay in Skypark. Everything is good particularly for the location, cleanness, room size and staff. Staff are kind, friendly and helpful, especially the staff of concierge. There are plenty of food store and coffee stand nearby, some are open for 24 hours and a convenience store on the 14th floor of the hotel. Some minor deficiency are the weak Wi-Fi and water flow very slowly for the basin in the washroom. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip.

교통좋고 편리하면 뭣하나. 일단 메니저나 스탭들이 딱딱하고 불친절하다. 기본적으로 자세하게 설명하기 싫어하고 억지로 말하는느낌을 지울수가 없다. 폭발하기 전 참았다. 그래서 장기연장 하지않고 다른대로 옮겼다.

Convenience is the word. The outlet mall and the quality restaurants are conveniently located in the same building. And the staff at the hotel are professional and friendly. They promptly responded and resolved issues, and were always courteous. Highly recommend it.
