"Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit. "

"This hotel was such a a great start to our Malaysia trip. The photos don't really do it justice in my view. Our room (Glam VI) was beautiful and so spacious and comfortable. Particularly liked the separate seating area to relax in. As for the reception/bar/restaurant area - this was stunning. The property itself has great amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, and playground. It’s is certainly family friendly. The host was very communicative. "

But I saw 2 people before me that didn't pay any deposit and their service was impeccable. And when I insisted that expedia didn't mention anything about it.
