"Les chambres sont petites et très cher. bon emplacement. le service est ok. rester 2 jours et pas nettoyer ma chambre. On ne peut pas avoir du café avant 5 heures meme pas 5 minutes avant ni pendant la journée. on doit faire celui de la chambre et aller dehors avec celui de la chambre cad on doit toujours aller dans la chambre si on veut un café,"

"This is a well-located hotel if you're traveling through Riviere du Loup, close to Highway 20 and the ferry. There are a couple of reasonable restaurants within walking distance, and a few more distinctive restaurants a short drive away in the downtown area. The hotel's breakfast is decent, and the rooms have fridges with freezers (if you need to refreeze your cooler packs.) You can walk out to the ferry along a wooded path that runs along the bay."

"Basic clean room. Comfortable beds and glimpse of the river. Have stayed here numerous times and always sleep well. This motel has a kiosk to check in. I missed the personal touch of a staffed reception desk."

"It was quite difficult to book in remotely. The rooms we were told were ours were not in fact ours. One of them (#1) did not exist. Once that was dealt with, our stay was fine. One suggestion - the common room needs a source of running water, and the rooms could use coffee makers. On the other hand, the rooms are quite large and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Pretty much everything is automated. You communicate via messaging, show up and got to your apartment. We had a very clean place with full kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. My only complaint would be the TV is way too small for the size of the living room. Not many will use the TV but for me it would have been nice with a slightly larger TV."
