BLISSTIA Hakone Sengokuhara
This was the nicest hotel I stayed in my entire trip. They gave us a full course dinner which we didn't know we had. The rooms are spacious and clean it was just amazing for Japan when you usually get a small room.

The outside private onsen is really just big enough for one. The rooms are kind of small. Food is very good and drinks are available for all tastes.
