"We rented the private pool villa which was wonderful. My only main complaint is the bed was so uncomfortable. I know hard beds are customary in Asia/indonesia but this was next level. We loved having a private pool and day bed. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of options. We rented a scooter straight from the hotel and got a massage on the beach. Both were reasonably priced."

One of the highlights was the beautiful staff - so friendly and helpful. The pool areas are lovely . All the restaurants have great food and we found it hard to leave and eat elsewhere . Rooms were very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds ."

"Absolutle gem of a hotel. We stopped in a villa and it was so luxurious walking straight out into the pool. Even the building works next door didnt impact our stay. From the moment we were picked up at Padangbai harbour, the staff were freindly and attentive. A welcome drink, very tasty food, breakfadt in villa at no extra charge and a shuttle to the local beach. All fantastic. 100% recommend. For the hotel - would recommend putting different coloured edging on the steps in the pool as VERY hard to see where edge is which makes it accidents waiting to happen."
