"Hotel is new and clean & very good wifi, there is a shuttle from hotel to beach until 5 pm. if after 5pm you can walking distance to a beach for 15 minute. Hotel_swimming_Pool is a bit small. Taxi fee from hotel to airport cost about 100000 idr without traffic."

A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie.
